Finance Analyst |Fast growth Fintech |London Harmonic are excited to be working with a fast growth Fintech company, to help them recruit their next Finance Analyst. They are looking for someone who is experienced to help guide and secure the company's rapid growth. The business have recently secured significant investment and are set to double their turnover this year- this role with give you the opportunity to add value from the outset. The company are based in central London in one of the nicest and most spacious workspaces in the city. You would be joining a team of fun, sociable, talented, highly ambitious and supportive individuals. This is a permanent position. The Role You will be reporting to the Financial controller and will be carrying out the following duties: Analyse and report companywide financial and performance data Develop and maintain dashboard reporting, interpret and communicate KPIs and trends Balance sheets reconciliation Assist with forecasting and budgeting Assist management with ad-hoc tasks Liaise with senior management team to provide insightful reports What we need to see (essential): Highly analytical and detail orientated with a curious mind Effective and clear communicator Strong Excel knowledge Experience with database management Minimum part-qualified ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA Highly analytical and detail orientated with a curious mind Effective and clear communicator Bonus skills: Experience working within a Fintech organisation previously Experience working for a high-growth business Start date: ASAP Salary: £42,000 - £52,000
