Overview
We are working with a FTSE250 real estate investor and developer in their search for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their growing team This is a highly commercial role and a fantastic opportunity to rapidly progress your career within their core finance team, based in central London We are currently searching for ambitious fully qualified ACA candidates looking for their first exciting role in industry The ideal candidate will have experience with real estate or construction clients. JD Overview Commercial Finance Analyst to support underwriting of new opportunities, financial control of ongoing projects and continuous improvement of the performance of operational assets Member of the Commercial Finance team Business partner for the investment, development and operations teams Reporting into the Senior Commercial Finance Manager Location - London, with some travelling required within UK Support role in the appraisal of new investment opportunities, working with the investment team on underwriting assumptions and business plan, including input into Investment Committee papers. Monitoring and control of expenditure on secured projects, including the design and implementation of processes to further improve the financial control of secured projects under development and on-boarding. Support role on commercial finance contribution to review of and optimisation of asset and portfolio financial performance, including design and implementation of processes to further improve understanding of drivers and enhance performance Working closely with the business and with group finance on preparation and submission of annual budgets and monthly reporting of actual and forecast variances to budget
