Overview

Macdonald & Company have been instructed by a client side Prop Co on a Commercial Management Surveyor position. This role encompasses and deals with the entire client side management of an element of their Commercial portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience of both Managing Buildings and Asset Management; they will be required to deal with Solicitors, Lease Renewals, Lettings Agents, Void and empty units. Given the wide scope of the role it requires a motivated individual with a mature confident approach. There is scope for both junior and more experienced candidates and you will be well remunerated and there is a fantastic package on offer.
