Overview

We are currently working with an international developer based in Central London looking to appoint a Commercial Director. The successful candidate will be working on several residential led, mixed-use schemes ranging £200m to £600m in value (zone 1-2). You will be in charge of the commercial function, managing cost and ensuring the smooth running of the supply chain. You will have an internal and external team to manage and be integral in the appointment of the main contractor. You will be able to comfortably deal with financial, legal and construction issues. An excellent remuneration package is on offer to the right candidate. This is entirely based on experience and your hard work will be rewarded with a healthy performance/project related bonus.
