Overview
One of leading providers of planned and responsive maintenance services in the social housing sector are looking to appoint a Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor based in Cheltenham area covering Gloucestershire. The role is initially Temp 2/3 Months with a view to be offered a perm role. The role will need someone with experience in general property maintenance who has managed a team of multi skilled operatives, Up to 15 operatives. Ideally experience in working in rented or social housing or with a local authority and Social housing provider. The Candidate : Be fully health and safety aware ideally having a minimum SSSTS qualification. The position will be temp to perm with a salary of around 28 to 30K.
