Overview

Learning Disabilities Challenging Behaviour Young Adults Full Job Description Hoop social care are looking for a support worker to work in Vale of Glamorgan supporting young adults with learning disabilities within a residential setting. You will be supporting the young adults with a range of everyday needs and tasks. These can include assisting with washing, companionship, homework and general support whilst out in the community. This is a full time, permanent role which involves days & nights, Monday through to Sunday. The shifts consist of 12 hour shifts.
