This is a full-time, permanent position, which will involve managing multiple conservatory and driveway installations. Everest values are; Innovation, Communication, Ownership and Networking. The role will involve: Managing Conservatory Installation projects from day one to completion Monitoring and driving high customer service standards through site visits Continually ensuring health and safety is adhered to Becoming an advocate for the Everest brand, leading from the front in terms of best practice and customer service. Attracting, selecting and performance managing the Installation teams Identifying team development needs and introducing appropriate interventions, networking with other managers within the business to do so. Skills, Experience & Competencies: Relevant successful experience in installation management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A proven team leader capable of motivating the team Able to demonstrate an ability to manage complex, challenging projects, using relevant techniques, tools and processes Commercial and financial understanding and knowledge Comfortable solving problems under pressure This is an exciting, challenging and rewarding opportunity for an existing people manager, or someone looking to develop in their career.
