Overview

A design-led, innovative developer who are committed to creating beautifully designed, high quality homes are looking for a Sales Administrator to join the Head Office team based in East London. The main purpose of the role will be to administer sales activities and provide support to the sales team. You’ll contribute to the efficient and effecting sales and marketing of properties and administering sales of affordable and outright sale properties. The post holder will have responsibilities including being first point of contact for sales enquiries, auditing and updating plot sales files, updating databases and reports, and arranging for legal documents to be signed and sealed. Successful applicants will have experience of working in a customer focused environment with the ability to recognise and understand customer needs and deliver in a way that exceeds expectation. You’ll be an effective communicator with the ability to explain facts clearly as you’ll be working with the general public and external partners. A keen eye for administrative detail is essential as you will need to understand and work with documented procedures. Strong written, numerical and IT skills are a must and experience of working in new homes, property, estate agency, or for a housing association would be advantageous. Hours: Monday to Thursday - 8.30 to 5.30 | Friday - 8.30 to 4.30 Potential Package of £32,392.50 made up of: Base Salary - £22,950 Annual Bonus - £3442.50 (15% of base salary) Commission - c £6,000 (75% on exchange / 25% on completion)
