Overview
Chief Operations Officer - COO - Fintech - SaaS Shoreditch Excellent salary, Bonus & Equity Vargo has partnered with an exciting Fintech scale-up organisation based in the heart of London’s tech scene to secure the services of an experienced leader to partner with the CEO and execute the organisation's strategic plan. We are open to either an existing COO that is looking for a new challenge or an emerging Head of Operations / Director of Operations that is comfortable dealing at a c-suite level and can develop into the position with the support of the CEO. The company has won multiple awards over the past two years and have recently been accepted onto a prestigious accelerator program which will be announced in the coming weeks. Their customer based is spread throughout the UK, Europe and the US and continues to grow consistently. The successful leader will take ownership of the Finance, Product & Customer Success teams within the business using their tactical and leadership skills to ensure conflicting departmental priorities are managed in the best interest of the business. Currently, you would have 4 direct reports and 15 indirect with plans to scale the teams currently being finalised. The position will ensure the business is future-proofed and as such we are looking for a good level of experience working within scaling organisations and an understanding of challenges associated such organisations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing people and ensure the company culture is maintained. Previous experience working within a SaaS-based Fintech organisation would be great although we are happy to consider those with experience working within a scaling SaaS-based organisation.
