Overview
Engineering/Architect Team Lead to £75k plus car/allowance Cheltenham You will lead the team of internal and external software and application engineers in the agile design and development of our digital solutions (Apps, Portals, Asset Management, IoT) For this role, you will have:- Significant experience in leading the development of software or software-oriented solutions in medium to large organisations Previous experience of developing customer facing Portals and Mobile Apps Previous experience working for global organisations using enterprise grade solutions (ERP, CRM, CPQ, PLM, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, API, Low Code) Previous experience of delivering IoT and Digital Asset Management solutions You will have a proven track record of success with demonstrable technology and product thought leadership. You will have extensive knowledge of the MS Azure environment from holding leadership roles in the development of customer facing solutions that leverage native Azure services, MS partner applications, and 3rd party application developers. You will take a pro-active approach to problem solving, able to self motivate and inspire confidence. You will have excellent all round communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-discipline environment. You will be a real team player demonstrating good liaison across organisations to build trusting relationships and networks. Key Responsibilities: Technical architect and technical delivery lead for digital developments Develop the Digital DevOps strategy, tooling and road-map Leading the multi-discipline DevOps team both from a technical and people development perspective Manage the relationships with the Delivery Partners and Technology Vendors Internal and external technical presentations Key Accountabilities: Digital DevOps team lead responsible for engineering resources On-time and on-target delivery of software/digital components For more information, please send your details.
