Performance Analyst / London / Six-month contract / Paying £200/day - £350/day rate Your new company The municipal governing body for the city of London is looking to recruit a Performance Analyst to work within the department of Children's services and Education to utilise data in providing high quality and timely information, analysis and decision support to the department. Your new role The Performance Analyst will be responsible for; Developing and managing projects providing intelligence that will determine the commissioning, implementation and delivery of programmes and projects across the department. Responsibility for the collection, collation and interpretation of data to provide specialist advice and intelligence for colleagues, including senior officers. Obtaining and updating information and data and contributing to the maintenance and development of databases throughout the department. To maintain effective quality assurance, performance management and reporting systems for internal and externally provided services. To oversee the submission of statutory data returns to Government departments and other agencies as required. To analyse and assess the impact of new data sets and data releases. To provide advice and develop tools for advanced statistical and epidemiological analysis and to develop expertise on specific data sets and methodologies. To carry out research and analysis to define and develop community intelligence in all areas of the community. To support the Senior Performance Analyst in the development and delivery of partnership and departmental strategies. What you'll need to succeed My client is looking for the following skills and experience; Extensive experience in using Mosaic. Experience in using SQL. An understanding and expertise on returns. Experience in running reports. Experience as a Performance Analyst from a social care background. An understanding of creating dashboards. What you'll get in return This is a full time six-month contract role. The role is paying in the range of £200/day - £350/day rate. This role falls in scope of IR35.
