Overview
Fostering Service Manager - Outstanding Ofsted salary up to £46,000 per annum NonStop Care is working with an Outstanding Independent Fostering Agency in the Norfolk area, in order to recruit for a Fostering Service Manager or for an Operations Manager who can join them on a permanent basis. The Fostering Manager in this position will be supervising and supporting a team of very experienced Supervising Social Worker. You will not hold the Ofsted registration in this role. The role is office based and it is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please apply if you have: - management experience within Fostering (this could be as part of an IFA or a Local Authority) - you have a good understanding of the Fostering regulations and National Minimum Standards - you have a Social Work Degree, an active registration and a driving license They do some out of hours, however this happens once every 8 weeks or so, so not too often. You will therefore have a better work - life balance.
