Job Description
Home based Fostering Social Worker- Career Progression Salary up to £35,000 per annum NonStop Care is looking for a permanent, home-based Fostering Social Worker, for an Independent Fostering Agency in West Midlands. The Supervising Social Worker will join a well established IFA, that is developing in this area, so there will be opportunities for progression to a Practice Manager level with them. You will have a small caseload within the Birmingham area, which means that the foster carers are very close to each other, so you will not be travelling too much. The role involves mainly supervising the foster carers, however now and then, you will be completing some form f assessments too. Please apply if you are a Fostering Social Worker or a Supervising Social Worker and if you have experience in working within Independent Fostering Agencies or within a Fostering Team as part of a Local Authority.
