Overview
Major City and international firm is now looking to hire an experienced banking and finance lawyer, either a current fee-earner looking for his/her first PSL role, or an experienced banking and finance PSL. The partners are happy to see applications^from those wanting to work either part-time or full-time. This will be a wide ranging PSL role, working closely with Partners, other fee-earners and other PSLs in a collaborative environment. The firm's banking and finance group acts for a wide range^of banks, financial institutions and other lenders, as well as having a growing borrower practice, and has significant capability in general corporate banking, leveraged finance, real estate finance, structured and debt capital markets, asset finance and asset based lending.
