Overview
The Company: An asset management backed Real Estate company is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join their Central London team. The company has been a major player in its Niche Market for the last decade and in turn has earned the backing of a global asset management company. The company conducts most of its business in the UK, but also has portfolios in a number of major European cities. The company has a vibrant culture, including an exceptional modern office in the heart of one of London's most fashionable postcodes. The role: Being the Finance lead on newly closed deals, including business partnering with non-finance stakeholders around Europe. In charge of deploying a framework for monitoring internal controls and mapping improvements Finance System optimisation; working closely with Finance Managers and system consultants to manage enhancements. The ideal candidate: Must be a Qualified accountant, (ACA, ACCA) Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to partner effectively with other business units in driving improvements to operational finance processes Experience in a real estate sector is a plus Ability to travel (3 days a month to Europe) The Job offer: 55k bonus health-care pension scheme
