Our client is a world-renowned Building Society. On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Customer Service Consultant for a temporary 12-month contract based in Northampton. Rate of pay: £9.30 per hour (Paid weekly) Stare Date: 6th April 2020 Training: Full Training will be provided Hours of work: Full-time, Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm (35 Hours per week) Purpose of the Role: The role sites within the Mortgage and New Business Team. You will take inbound calls from our mortgage application stakeholders. This could be from intermediary solicitors, applicants or anyone involved in the process. Our role is to provide updates or move the case long. What you will be doing: Answering inbound calls for case updates Make amendments to cases Updating case files and notifying other departments when required Completing compliance activities i.e. training fraud, bribery etc The Candidate: To be successful in this role you will have possessed all or some of the below criteria: Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and high attention to detail and the ability to produce quality documentation and reporting Strong time management, prioritisation and organisation skills.
