Overview
Head of DevOps and Systems Location: Birmingham Contract: 12 months Rate: £600 - £700 per day IR35 Status: Outside A Software house require a Head of DevOps and Systems manager to oversee various consultancy projects that will be starting April 2020. The successful Head of DevOps and Systems will be required to: Solid cloud experience in an AWS or Azure environment Exposure to Kubernetes or similar Infrastructure provisioning automation CI/CD paradigms and implementations Ability to identify and remove delivery bottlenecks Experience managing a Devops team A good communicator at all levels Experience working within a highly agile environment Head of DevOps and Systems Specification: 5 years’ experience managing a Development and Infrastructure team Bachelors or master’s degree in software development or Business Management Azure qualifications (Desirable) Experience of handling head count and projects Recruiting the correct Engineers to successfully complete consultancy projects If you’re an experienced DevOps and Systems available now or in the near future for a new contract opportunity, please apply with your updated CV or call Axl at Premier Group for further information.
