Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Qualified Deputy Care Home Manager in one of our flagship nursing homes in Bromley - recently rated 'Good' by CQC. As a Deputy Care Home Manager you will be passionate about embedding quality clinical practices in line with CQC regulations and our Company policies and procedures. You will be a mentor and coach to our nurse team within Park Avenue Care Home in Bromley, Kent. Providing high quality care and support to our residents and families is central to everything we do. About you: Be a registered nurse (RGN with active NMC PIN) Experienced in a management or supervisory role within a care or nursing home.
