Overview
Care Assistant based at Queenswood, Nottingham Available Hours: Permanent - Full Time - 39 hours per week. Shift Details- 0800 - 2000, 0800 - 1400, 1400 - 2000 Are you a compassionate individual who would like to make a difference to the lives of older people? MHA are looking for a committed, hardworking individual's to join our thriving team at Queenswood. The role requires individuals who: are flexible in their approach and sensitive to the needs of residents enjoy the company of older people have a willingness to learn and develop work well as part of a team have the ability to form positive relationships with residents, their families and professional colleagues You will be responsible for supporting older people to live their daily lives to the full, assisting with their physical and personal needs to enhance each individual's well-being. Opened in 1975 and located in a quiet residential area on the border of Beeston and Chilwell, just south of Nottingham city centre, our Beeston care home offers residential care for up to 41 people. All Queenwood residents receive long-term residential care, whilst we also offer respite care for those who wish to stay with us on a short-term basis.
