The firm have been in existence for over 150 years and are leaders in several specialised sectors including Claimant Clinical Negligence. The salary on offer is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience. They are looking for an Paralegal who has at least 12 months' experience within Clinical Negligence. The team look after Claimant work for clients who suffered with injuries and other life-impacting issues that fall under clinical and medical negligence law, including: GP negligence Misdiagnosis Surgical errors or complications Incorrect medication Inadequate consent for treatment Fatalities Client care is of paramount importance therefore, you should be a confident communicator and keen to engage with individuals and clients with confidence and a professional and friendly manner.
