Finance Assistant - Marketing Agency A Marketing Agency is looking for a Finance Assistant to join them The agency works with lots of big-name brands and is situated in busy Central London offices. This is a great opportunity working closely with the wider finance team and taking ownership of transactional finance in the business and work proactively in a busy and varied role. This is a temporary role initially with great permanent potential with study support available. Finance Assistant - The Role Looking after Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for the business Partaking in WIP meetings with creative teams Management of credit cards and expenses First point of contact for queries Liaising with the wider business for approvals Ad hoc duties when required Finance Assistant - The Person Experience in a similar Finance Assistant/Accounts Assistant role is essential Must have Paprika experience Experience within a similar business is beneficial Ideally immediately available or on short notice Proactive approach and ability to work independently Due to the large number of applicants we receive from web-based job advertisements it is the policy of REDHAT only to contact candidates that have the relevant skill set for our current portfolio of clients.
