Commercial Property - Portsmouth - Up to £37,000 Benefits My client is a fast growing independent law firm looking to hire an experienced commercial property specialist, who is able to handle a large caseload of files of mixed commercial property work. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property specialist looking for their next step within a reputable growing business. I have worked with this firm for a considerable length of time and had first hand feedback from candidates I've placed there who have experienced a fantastic working culture, progression opportunities and industry leading training. On offer is a flexible competitive package including pension scheme, health care cash plan scheme, and an annual leave entitlement which increases up to 28 days per annum. The successful candidate will be an experienced commercial property solicitor, ideally with 2 years experience. This will include knowledge and experience of landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals and general commercial property work, An ideal candidate will also have relationships with referrers in the local area.
