Overview

Position Objective: Oversee the Global Key Accounts (GKA) program in a region. He or she supports the Global Account Managers (GAM) in the development and implementation of the account strategies and is accountable for delivering the order and revenue target(s) across the region, guiding a team of field assets, creating customer value by deploying & utilizing the resources of Pall and therefore achieves high-reaching differentiation and profitable growth for Pall in the region. Role and Duties: Lead the Implementation of the regional account plan designed to achieve order and revenue growth for selected Global Key Accounts. Coordinate and use resources to present "One face to the customer" to provide complete customer satisfaction, ensure back office & support alignment. Ensure process & standard work for GKA is implemented across the regional account teams - provide special training to the account managers in the region on GAM approach and expected reporting. Leads the consolidated GKA funnel for the region and participates in funnel reviews. Build process muscle for getting Pall specified on selected key technologies. Develops relationships with regional leads for selected GKAs where required. Provides support to GAMs in building commercial proposals where regional pricing/legal support is required. Provides feedback to GAMs on overall service level and brings forward issues that require Corporate attention. Coordinates implementation of global contracts through Regional Sales Leaders for the region down to the site level. Responsible for Lead and Opportunity generation - coordinate with Technical Design Authorities in Region on projects for GKA accounts (tied to Capital Projects leading up to FID/Feed stage). Evaluate and understand specific needs of our GKA accounts in the region/country. Basic Qualifications/ Experience: Validated, demonstrable sales track record of over achievement within the Oil & Gas sector. Intimate working knowledge of successfully leading large capital sales projects. Engineering background or equivalent would be desirable.
