Commercial and Commercial Property Solicitor NQ Portsmouth, Portsmouth From £25,000 DOE A well-established, Portsmouth law firm are seeking a Commercial Property and Commercial Solicitor to join their office in Portsmouth. The firm have great presence in the South and excellent reputation for their services. A newly qualified and beyond, Solicitor will be considered for this role and the successful Solicitor will be exposed to a range of areas of law to include business transactions, company agreements, freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, employment law and property litigation. Responsibilities will include: Managing a mixed caseload of freehold purchase and sale of commercial and business premises, site acquisitions, disposals and development, retail, leisure, factory office and residential, leases & renewals, portfolio management and property investments, property finance and rent reviews Drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases and agreements for lease, licences, guarantees and legal charges Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and updating terms and conditions. Attending to clients of the firm which could include a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders Dealing with complex property matters Compliance with the firm's routine time recording, accounts and administrative disciplines Active involvement in business development Qualifications: A good honours degree followed by LPC, training contract and PSC / or a good honours degree with CILEX to Fellow level, LPC and PSC and admitted by SRA as a solicitor Commercial property or Commercial law exposure gained at a law firm or in house Candidates must be a qualified solicitor or a legal executive The firm offer competitive salaries and employee benefits alongside a positive, friendly working environment.
