Overview
Due to substantial growth, we are currently recruiting for a Sales and Support Executive to join our Knaresborough based client on a temporary to permanent contract. We are keen to hear from candidates with strong sales and relationship excellence to support the busy office and marketing team. Main Job Responsibilities: • Strengthen relationships with existing customers • Build increased levels of loyalty • Promoting the company protocols and assisting clients in bringing new clients on board to their business • Documenting accurately and succinctly the outcome of calls • Increasing sales and setting objectives and activities for future calls Person Specification: • Sales and relationship strategy skills (not cold calling) • Professional telephone skills • Good organisational skills • Experience in following SOP’s and ensuring delivery of marketing messages The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
