Overview

Our client, a leading player in the retail industry, based in Hertfordshire , is currently recruiting for a HR Field Advisor on a Permanent basis. The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The annual salary ranges between £35,000 and £40,000 based on experience for this position. The ideal candidate will have multi-site and either retail or hospitality experience. Duties will include (but not limited to): Conduct and support with training across multiple sites in the UK which includes HR Module trianing Provide HR consultancy to staff across multiple sites including ER, L&D and Recruitment processes Deal with a variance of ER cases including but not limited to disciplinaries, grievances and absence management Assist with the end to end recruitment process for sites across the country Support the head office HR Advisor with the day to day HR Operations for the organisation Handle a variance of both internal and external key stakeholders for the business Experience required: Multi-site experience Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Employee relations Learning & Development Recruitment Rewards and Benefits: Company Car All business mileage expensed Working hours: 45 hours per week Monday - Friday Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
