32581 - HR Administrator My client is looking for a HR Administrator who has the ability to support the HR team with a variety of duties. The successful candidate must be proactive, have extremely strong communication skills and have the ability to prioritise. Location: Watford Salary: Up to £25,000 Key Duties: Deal with the on-boarding of new starters and support with the induction process Ensure that CV's and candidate information is logged on the system and update the recruitment tracker Managing candidate applications, recruitment email inbox and the vacancy process Co-ordinating fortnightly conference calls and team/project meetings for the HR team Liaising with the HR team and other employees to relay any important information Ad hoc support to HR team Key Requirements: A degree in Human Resources or similar A minimum of 2 years working within a team taking on administration duties HR or Recruitment experience is desirable Competent with the use of MS Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to prioritise Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Parkside Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
