Overview
HR Operations Manager - Watford - £50-55,000 plus benefits I am currently working with a commercial organisation who are looking for a HR Operations Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the HR Director you will be key in helping to create and maintain efficient operations across the European region. The role will be expected to manage a business orientated, operational HR function, driving and implementing process improvements as well as managing and developing an operational team. The role will be responsible for developing HR processes and policies across Europe and establishing processes for the acquisition of new businesses. Key responsibilities will include:- - Evaluating the overall effectiveness of the European HR Operations - Responsible for the management and delivery of day to day HR operations including HR processes - Overseeing employee related systems - Analyse metrics and propose solutions to improve employee engagement - Accountability for ensuring delivery of operational HR activity to the European area - Managerial responsibilities - Contribute to HR project delivery - Responsibility for HR Ops policies You will need the following experience:- - Extensive HR generalist experience developed within multinational or matrixed organisations. - Problem solving and decision making skills, able to draw on own experiences - Working knowledge of different HR systems and the ability to analyse, manipulate and present data. - Demonstrable people management experience - Commitment to high standards and practices What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
