Overview
Carriera has been retained to secure a senior project manager for a top 20 property and construction consultancy based in Oxford. About the client; Our client offers primarily project management, building surveying, and cost management. They work through residential development, education, automotive, hotels & leisure and commercial sectors. Projects vary in complexity and value and are usually between £5million and £100 million. About the role; This role will see you working alongside the lead partner and fellow project managers. From day one you will be working on a variety of projects, but with an immediate focus on the commercial and education sectors. About you; You will have a property or construction related degree and ideally be MRICS or CIOB, however this is not essential. You must have prior experience leading projects from inception through to completion, circa £5 million. You must also need to have excellent communication skills, high quality oral and written communication and be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. It is desirable that you have some residential experience.
