Overview

My client are a busy construction and renovation company with a growing base in Swansea. They have a long standing team based in London but are looking to expand their Swansea based team. They are looking for a professional and proactive Administration manager who is able to take responsibility for the administration of the Swansea sites. The role will involve; Coordinating builds and renovations in numerous locations in Wales. Liaise between contractors/ letting agents/ councils etc. to complete administration tasks and correspondence. Looking for a positive and forward thinking attitude. Prepared to get stuck in while remaining presentable and professional. This is a full time role that can be primarily office or home based.
