Overview

HRIS Application Specialist - Workday Central London £55,000 - £65,000 Role Implementing new Workday HRIS integration projects. Supporting the full life cycle from requirements gathering to deployment. Driving the integration and centralisation of HRIS across multiple global sites. Responsibilities: Supports day to day operations and new projects for Workday integration Works across various platforms that integrate with Workday and understands the governance, security and integration development Responsible to work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate that into technical specifications and build integration Responsibilities also include working with vendors to schedule integration runs Design, develop and test integration leveraging EIB's, core connectors, worker change interface, and payroll interfaces Develops the connectivity between two data bases using SOAP, REST and API Web Services. Designs integration using Workday Studio and establishes the security required to run the integration Responsible for system enhancements and supports HR systems including Benefits, Payroll, and Commissions. Manages regression testing during the Workday releases to identify the impacts and enhancements with the release. Coordinates and schedules change control and production verification processes. Ensures business applications are developed in a way that complies with architectural standards and established methodologies and practices . Knowledge/Skills required: Knowledge of the Workday Application and working with Workday Integration from build to support Possesses strong organisational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Advanced Report with Web Service (REST, JSON, WSDL, RaaS) Integration Systems EIB, Core Connector Worker(CCW), Worker Effective Change Interface (WECI), Payroll Interface(PICOF) & Payroll Effective Change Interface (PECI) Knowledge on XML, XSLT, Xpath. Experienced in Workday Public Web Services, Workday SOAP Calls and Workday Studio Workday Security (Integration System Security Groups, Integration System User, Domain Security Policies Applications are considered and processed on an ongoing basis so it is advised to apply as soon as possible.
