Overview
Radley Green are currently recruiting a hands-on Finance Director for a rapidly growing food-tech business who are set to do huge things in 2020. This business are private equity backed with an enviable revenue after short period of time and are now in the position to recruit their first Finance Director. This role will be first finance hire and will take ownership on everything finance related including controls and process, developing a commercial finance offering, building out a team and working with investors. This role will pay between £80k and £95k plus equity and bonus and candidates MUST have e-commerce / online and start-up / high growth experience. The role will include: Building a world-class finance team and offering including developing all controls and processes, developing a commercial finance offering and working with investors. Taking ownership on all financial and management reporting including monthly accounts, forecasts, budgets and KPI's. Hiring a team below to support the growth of the business Acting as a trusted advisor to the founders, investors and management team Candidates must have/be: Experience working in a start-up / high growth e-commerce business The ability to work in a fast-paced environment The ability to add value at all times This is an amazing opportunity to work for one of the fastest-growing start-ups in the UK.
