Overview

Research Administrator - 12 month Fixed Term Contract Our client, a well-established, successful finance organisation based in the City currently has a new opening for a Research Administrator to come on board and provide support within their Wealth Management Division. Your duties will include: Building relationships with investor relations. Setting up and booking meetings with external parties. Booking meeting rooms / logistical requirements. Preparing documentation / data for meetings. Taking minutes of meetings. Organising travel and accommodation. Assisting with preparation of expenses. Research support for the team. Participating in projects from time to time. The ideal candidates will be: Super organised, able to plan ahead as well as dealing with last minute changes. High attention to detail. Excellent time management skills. Able to work well under pressure and to deadlines. Excellent communication skills. Able to work in a team as well as independently.
