Overview
I am currently seeking a Finance Manager for an exciting Sports and Events company based in South West London. This opportunity would be suited to someone who is looking to be fully autonomous in their role, sole charge, with a wide range of responsibilities across Finance. Reporting directly into Senior Management and an ACA qualified accountant, this is a really great role for someone based in South West London. It is non essential, but advantageous, if you have an interest or passion for Sports as there is a lot to get involved with Responsibilities Preparation and reporting of management accounts Bank reconciliations Quarterly VAT returns Preparation and processing of subcontractor payroll General ledger duties, accounts payable and accounts receivable General month-end activities such as accrual, prepayment and other journals Credit control and debtor management Posting all income/expenditure/banking transactions Managing all bookings, POs, invoicing and administration Assist external accountants with annual statutory accounts and tax returns Requirements At least 3 years experience in a relevant position AAT qualified, or studying towards ACCA, CIMA Experience using Microsoft Excel/Google sheets Excellent verbal and written English Experience of working in a business unit or SME of min£5min revenue Quickbooks - desirable Benefits Long term opportunity to progress Generous holiday allowance Paid volunteering allowance Free access to sports and wellness classes Regular office socials Free office food and refreshments Cycle to work scheme If you feel this could be the right role for you, and have the necessary experience, please apply with your most up to date CV.
