Sintec are seeking an experienced and efficient ACCA Finance Manager (You must be fluent in Russian for this role) ACCA full or part qualified Hours: This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) Location: North West London NW10 Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum Start Date: ASAP About Us Sintec is a global electrical and mechanical company. With main offices in the USA, Latvia and London we are a leading company in providing installation services. Key Responsibilities This is a key position within the organisation. We seek an experienced Finance Manager with great interpersonal skills who is able to be in the day-to-day detail whilst being able to step back to see the bigger picture in terms of business growth and strategic direction. The candidate will report to Group CEO. Key elements of the role are: Support the Board Directors in Strategic Growth Line Manage the Finance Team Assist accountants with the Year-End accounts Management Reporting Systems & Processes - recommend & help manage implementation Cash flow management & budgeting Invoicing and Payments (monthly), draft prepared by Finance Assistant Accruals & prepayments Contract management Credit Control, working with 1st line of defence by Finance Assistant Timely reconciliation of all bank accounts and credit cards Present reports to CEO and other senior executives Other ad-hoc duties and projects as required Essential Skills Accountancy qualification (ACCA full or part qualified) Finance and Management Accounts experience Knowledge/Experience of EU VAT and Intrastat reporting preferable Well organised, analytical, self-starter Russian language skills are essential for this role Experience Finance Manager: 5 years (Preferred) Accountant: 1 year (Preferred) What’s on offer?
