Due to relocation, the successful Customer Operations Manager will be responsible for leading an efficient customer focussed department across operations, customer service and warehousing. They support a wide range of industries, from food manufacturing to pharmaceuticals and are looking for a Customer Operations Manager to lead their team. Description Duties of the Customer Operations Manager are: Providing an efficient and effective customer journey across operations, customer service and warehouse Ensuring that a world class customer journey, with delivery on time and in full Ensuring that customer processes are followed and delivered Communicating with relevant departments, UK and globally, to ensure customer delivery Reviewing customer policies and procedures Profile The successful Customer Operations Manager will be/have: Experience leading a customer operation The ability to motivate a team Strong communication skills SAP desirable Job Offer The salary on offer is £45k - £50k Company benefits
