Kindertons Accident Management, are looking to recruit a number of Customer service driven, individuals with a great work ethic, excellent administration skills and a brilliant telephone manner, to join us in our Customer claims team. We are an accident management specialist. Working with our sources and customers, we aim to provide a hire vehicle or issue repairs to a customer, getting them back on to the road as smoothly and quickly as possible, following their car accident. What will I be doing? You will act as the main point of contact for all of our customer query's and updates, during their ongoing claims process, customers could be calling to give further information or asking for an update on their claim. You will look to help each customer and to resolve or offer further assistance when needed, you will build working relationships with all parties involved in the claims process - both internal and external, to ensure the customer receives the most accurate and reliable information regarding their claim. What we ask of you: - You should be empathetic and understanding of each of our customer's situations. - To have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - To have a brilliant telephone manner, - You must be customer service driven with a positive attitude towards work. - Be able to remain professional, even when in challenging situations. Experience required: You must be confident, when using a computer and should be familiar with all Microsoft applications, including Outlook and Excel. Although you don't need to worry about having any prior claims experience or to have come from an automotive industry, you should have some form of customer service experience, where you have either dealt with customers face to face or over the telephone, in a previous role. We provide full classroom training and you will learn everything you need to know in our academy, with support and coaching throughout your training period. Both of our Crewe offices are open, and we are following strict social distance measures - Your training period will be at our Recoveries office, which is a 10-15-minute walk from Crewe train station. Once fully trained, you will then work from our head office - based on Marshfield bank, industrial park. When can I start? Once you have completed the application and interview process, you will need to be available to start in your new role, by the 20th July 2020.
