Customer Advisor (Warehouse) - Crewe Various part time positions available at 3 month fixed term contracts: * 14 hours weekends only - morning to evening shifts across both days * 20 & 30 hours - shifts across 5 days per week including some weekends - all shifts could vary from mornings to evenings 8. 72 per hour benefits including 20% staff discount, pension At B&Q, we help people create homes to be proud of by giving them the inspiration, the materials and the practical know-how to turn their dreams into a reality. Customers often come into our stores looking for more than tools and materials; they are looking for advice on how best to complete their project. As one of our Customer Advisors in the Warehouse team you'll be managing the stock that moves into and throughout the store and onwards to others stores in the local area. You'll ensure that our customers across the area have the best choice of products whenever they shop with us and with over 40,000 products available, there's always stock to be rotated and replenished. Being willing to learn is essential in the role, but don't worry if you don't know your washers from your wood screws at this stage. You'll be given the right training to build your skills and knowledge of our projects after joining the team. At B&Q, you'll be working in a team every day. We need you to be upbeat and proactive interacting with colleagues and customers alike. Our stores are often very large and busy, so being able to multi-task and work unsupervised is a crucial skill for this role. We need our customer advisors to be flexible about when they work, covering store opening hours on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
