Job Description
Customer Service Advisor Various shifts available between the hours of 8am and 8pm Working 1 in 3 weekends The Role: * Taking all inbound customer service enquiries via telephone, email and web chat * Providing excellent customer service to all customers * Chasing deliveries with all external companies * Use of in house and CRM systems * Process sales orders * Process all warranty, faulty and good returns requests * Calling customers to update on any outstanding orders * Leave clear and precise notes on all in house systems following each customer contact * Actively participate in weekly team meetings and daily business updates The Person: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential * Good time management skills * Must be organised * IT Skills must be excellent - excel experience is essential
