Overview

Our Client is currently offering a new opportunity for an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join their business based out of their Bromley dealership. As an Apprentice Parts Advisor , you will get a full accreditation/qualification within the Automotive industry. This is a great opportunity for anyone who has a keen interest in the Automotive industry and are looking to start a career, you will go through a full 1-year Apprenticeship that our client will fully provide. In which you will go to their brand specific training academy as well as gaining on the job experience. You do not need any experience for this role and would be ideal for someone who has left education recently and wants to start a career, or for anyone looking to change their career. After your 1st year and end point assessment is compete your wage is increased depending on your age, the next level is bronze which can be completed in 6-12 months which then jumps your wage to £20,000 Year 1 - £9500 After year one and end point assessment - £13,500 – £15,600 Completion of bronze level - £20,000 plus bonus About the role Taking inbound calls from customers, advising and helping them in any way possible Attend our clients training academy Shadow the other Parts/Service Advisors Order parts for trade and retail customers Notify customer on arrival to allow work to be scheduled and minimise parts stockholdings Helping coordinate the parts drivers Speaking to customers over the counter sourcing the right part for them Qualifying orders, checking information, and making sure all is correct Upselling other related products Learn the full parts/service process from start to finish Complete all training required Making sure all customers are happy with the service received Selling parts over the phone and over the counter About you Experience within a customer service/sales environment (ideal) Have a keen interest in the Automotive industry Must have a GCSE Level C or above in both Maths and English Have excellent communication skills both F2F and over the phone Be computer literate Have the drive to be successful About the company Excellent training and development Overtime and bonus available Great benefits package, including pension, healthcare, and car leasing schemes Flexible progression based on your career aspirations Fun, friendly working environment Manufacturer specific training About our client Our client is a leading car automotive dealership in the UK specialising in Japanese brands, they currently employ over 500 people across 11 retail dealerships and are looking to expand even further.
