Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity Your new company My client is a market leading surveying consultancy based in Edinburgh, they have a great local reputation and have been responsible for delivering large commercial projects throughout the UK. Your new role A fantastic position has been presented to me by a really interesting project management and cost consultancy. If you are a Quantity Surveyor who is looking for a new and exciting opportunity or a QS who is looking to take the next step up in their career then this position could be ideal for you. What you'll need to succeed MRICS APC qualified Private practice experience Experience with cost planning, value engineering, preparing tenders, billing Confident in front of clients and being able to build rapport with them Previous experience and desire to manage and mentor junior staff A good mixed project sector range (health, education, retail, office and residential would be ideal) What you'll get in return An opportunity to work with a fantastic company and take the next step in your career.
