Overview
Right People are working with a client in the Oil & Gas industry to recruit a Maintenance Systems Administrator for their Aberdeen offices. The role will be in support of the Maintenance Engineer for development, maintenance and implementation of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of the system and the systematics as the technical aspects will be fulfilled by the Maintenance Engineer. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance, monitoring and processing of equipment, jobs, job scheduling, rig operating status and other miscellaneous changes Working alongside experts for technical maintenance inputting and change requests Data governance of CMMS Maintenance of documentation and record control Administration of performance monitoring systems CMMS training material needs (user manuals, video library, support presentations) Troubleshooting support for CMMS issues Rollout of CMMS to rigs Continuous improvement of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems Preparation and training of CMMS to support onshore and offshore personnel Skills and Qualifications: Certification in analytical subject e.g. engineering/vocational qualification in technical area Membership/Qualification of Institute of Asset Management (IAM) or Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) CMMS Admin experience End user of CMMS with in-dept knowledge of structure and interactions Management and familiarity with ISO 55000 and ISO 14224 Drilling rig maintenance management Awareness of Supply Chain and Project Management
