Multi-skilled Maintenance Operative - East Lancs - long term - £15.98 per hour Your new company I have an immediately available opportunity based in East Lancashire for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative to join a private sector housing organisation. This role involves multi-skilled maintenance tasks throughout the property portfolio. This position is offered on a long term temporary basis due to the increase of workload. Your new role Within your new role, you will be completing planned and reactive repairs and maintenance work throughout the housing stock. As a multi-skilled operator, on a day to day basis you will be required to complete, tiling, joinery, painting and decorating, plumbing and electrical work. What you'll need to succeed To be successful for this role, you are required to have experience and background in multi-skilled maintenance. You will be able to provide evidence of this via your CV and also the details of 2 ex-employers reference contact details that I can obtain. You must be able to drive, have your own van and tools. What you'll get in return For this long term vacancy, you will be paid £15.98 per hour. This will be paid to you every Friday into your chosen account by submitting a time sheet on the Hays online portal. You will be working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
