Overview
A great opportunity has arisen to work for a global executive search firm. This company is fast growing in the Tech ecosystem space and they are looking for a proactive administrator to work across a range of projects and office administration. If you are a graduate or currently working in administration and want to break into a client driven fast paced sector, this could be the perfect role The role: You will work closely with the Partners and the Research teams supporting them with their day to day activities. This includes, providing seamless and efficient support and fulfilling a wide variety of administration tasks from creating reports, updating the CRM, diary management and arranging meetings on behalf of the research team. As you grow and gain more experience there is also the option to take on more responsibility given successful performance and there will be the opportunity to be part of the research team, which makes this the ideal role if you are looking to have a promotion in the future. The candidate: Previous experience at working in a professional buisness environment but we will also consider recent graduates too. You will have excellent attention to detail with a 'can-do-attitude’ and strong communication skills to liaise with CEOs and external stakeholders.
