Solicitor Court of Protection Leeds Leading Legal 500, multi service Law firm with offices across the region currently require a Court of Protection Solicitor. The firm will consider candidates from NQ Level and the level of work is likely to suit candidates up to c5 years PQE. They are also recognised in The Legal 500 and are a Top 200 law firm by revenue. The Role Working under the supervision of a partner you will have your own caseload of financial court of protection matters which will include some contested financial applications and deputyship/LPA applications. About you You should be a qualified Solicitor from NQ to around 5 years PQE. If you are newly qualified you should have undertaken a court of protection seat on your training contract or gained exposure to Court of protection work through a serious injury or private client seat. You should have a deep interest in specialising in this area and take a empathetic approach to your work and client handling.
