Overview
Role Title: Aviation Software Engineer Location: Cheltenham Duration: 6 Months Rate: £50.00p/hr Working on the MA700 PEC project. Hardware and Software commissioning and Integration on the PEC Platform Working with the Hardware Team and development hardware present on-site Low level Software development, commissioning and integration with Hardware Developing software to DO-178C Level A Experience working in an Agile team using SCRUM would be advantageous Experience developing SW for closed loop control application Using the TMS320 family of microcontrollers (TMS320 SM320F 28335-HT) Hardware/SW integration experience - use of lab equipment etc. Experience using the following tools: Requirements / trace - DOORS 9.6 UML design - specifically: activity diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram - Rhapsody V8.3, Rational Publishing Engine 1.3 (generation of reports) Coding and static analysis using C (MISRA-C: 2004) - Code Composer Studio 6.1.1, LDRA 9.7.2 Unit test - write / review tests - LDRA 9.7.2 Config management - IBM Rational Team Concert 6.0.4 This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89653195
