HR Systems Information Analyst Location: Warwickshire Salary: £34-42,000 bonus great benefits As a HRIS (Information Systems) Analyst you will play a key part in our client’s growth strategy. Using HR data we are looking for an individual who has working knowledge of Workday, or SAP or Oracle and can operate in an open team based environment. The business is part of a fast-moving dynamic international organisation who have a reputation for excellence. The successful candidate will be detail focused, have fantastic communication skills and be able to use HR data to benefit the broader needs of the company, both in the UK and internationally. The role: To ensure all support issues are managed appropriately and to make sure all stakeholders are kept up to date with developments To regularly perform security assessments To check and manage data integrity and including uploads of new data To be the principal point of contact for all matters relating to Workday, both for HR and the wider business To share and impart knowledge to the UK HR team To provide and keep updated all user information relating to Workday To liaise with all external partners concerning matters relating to Workday To test all upgrades and fixes, to take responsibility for all planned new releases The person: Degree qualified, or equivalent Strong knowledge of Workday, or leading ERP systems Familiar with HR business processes and where necessary changing processes Proven experience of dealing and resolving customer queries Ability to prioritise and manage expectations Ability to manage small projects IT literate (MS Office) with the ability to manipulate, interpret and present large volumes of data.
