HR Process and Systems Administrator -Tachbrook Park Up to £20,000 base salary with excellent benefits Role is offered on an Interim basis to end of 2020 Creating a better world, a better company, and a more fulfilling future… Calor will soon be introducing a new business system that will improve the way in which we manage and change our people data We will be introducing Workday. In order to support our readiness activity for this implementation, we are look to recruit a proactive, committed Administrator who is passionate about getting things right first time and enjoy being accountable for data and detail. In the role of HR Process & System Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive day-to-day administrative support to the Resourcing team, as well as the wider HR function and the business. This support will be critical while we assess how the new system may change our existing processes and activities. You will be responsible for ensuring that core HR processes are delivered in a timely manner and will provide administrative and data entry support to ensure we are best positioned to implement Workday successfully. This is a fantastic opportunity to understand and be responsible for end to end HR processes, and be a part of an innovative technology implementation programme Key responsibilities will include: Ensuring readiness for the HR system implementation through the accurate and timely completion of all associated data collection, inputting and administration Ensuring the accurate and timely input of payroll changes each month Supporting and coaching managers in the use of the staff changes systems and processes Supporting wider projects administration such as salary review, performance cycle, benefits administration etc. Ensuring all applicable filing and archiving is completed in alignment with GDPR Supporting the monitoring and management of the team inboxes including dealing with and responding to adhoc queries Undertaking audits of and correction activity for administrative tasks and payroll Supporting with raising purchase orders and processing all accruals/invoices Supporting with the maintenance of the team’s Company Intranet page as required Providing other administration support as required Resourcing specific: Ensuring all internal job change administration is processed accurately and on time: - Processing staff changes in a timely manner i.e. promotions, secondments, transfers Liaising with managers / stakeholders Updating the HR systems and trackers Troubleshooting and being the point of contact Update and distribute weekly internal vacancy bulletin Monitoring secondment and fixed term contract end dates, manage the extension or conclusion of these As such we would like you to: Be able to draw on experience of delivering an administrative service within a multi-site/multi-team organisation Ideally have experience of working in a HR environment (an understanding of HR practices would be an advantage) Have experience of payroll inputting Strong general standard of education with emphasis on numeracy and literacy Have a high degree of PC literacy with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel Possess high standards in your work output with excellent attention to detail Have ability to work in fast paced environment Be confident, resilient and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills Have excellent organisation, planning and time management skills in order to work efficiently with varying priorities Be a self starter with ability to work on own initiative; motivated by achievement and completion of tasks Demonstrate professionalism and understand the need for discretion at all times Be able to deal with ambiguity and understand and support the need for change If this sounds like you, please apply by clicking the link below .
