HR Risk & Compliance Specialist Warwick Paying up to £45k Bonus Benefits The Badenoch Clark HR team is working with a renowned private sector business that is looking for an experienced HR Risk & Compliance Specialist to join their team based near Warwick. Your main responsibility is to manage and control the risk and compliance activities across the HR department providing assurance that the business unit complies with HR policies and frameworks. What you will be doing? Analyse, identify and report on the risk and compliance activities of HR. Assess, recommend and influence controls, process improvements and good practice to ensure compliance with agreed standards, identifying gaps and advising appropriate course of action. Facilitate, challenge and coach managers in the identification, assessment and management of risks. Prepare, facilitate and recommend responses and track outcomes from internal audits. Assess, investigate and coordinate responses to incidents and issues to minimise their impact. Build and maintain effective relationships with auditors and all levels of internal business stakeholders. Deliver short term / one-off projects and activities as required. What we are looking for? Degree level education or equivalent, CIPD or MCIPD. Strong background in HR process and policies. Experience in operational HR risk. Experience in influencing stakeholders. Good Knowledge of UK employment legislation. Experience in manipulating data. Delivery to deadlines and data management and reporting. Good Knowledge of UK employment legislation.
