Overview
We are currently looking for a candidate with a strong administrative background for a client based in Warwick. This position is based within the HR department within a small team. The hours can be flexible but must consist of full days. You are able to work 3-5 days at either 8am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5:30pm. This would be at an hourly rate of £8.94-9.71, depending on the level of experience. The department has just introduced a new system with the aim to become paperless but to do this, they need extra assistance to input the data they currently have on paper. Other responsibilities will include: 1. Assisting with recruitment administration 2. Supporting the Senior HR Administrator with chasing outstanding pre-employment checks from candidates and obtaining references. 3. Supporting the leaver process for employees, including processing their leaver paperwork, and scanning and archiving leaver files. 4. Assisting the HR Officer with logging weekly absence returns into the HR system. 5. Supporting the team with general HR enquiries, face to face, by email and telephone. 6. Collecting, distributing and sorting through post incoming and outgoing from the HR department. 7. Supporting the HR team by chasing outstanding paperwork from employees, including signed contracts, proof of change of name etc. This position is due to last until approximately August/September so you must be available long term.
